Your MTSS is your framework for Equity…if you’re implementing it correctly. by Dr. Ambra Green

Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Schools continue to suffer from a history of strategically placed systemic barriers. As a result, students of color, Indigenous students, and students with disabilities experience negative academic and behavioral outcomes. To effectively enhance student learning, educators must thread equitable practices, culture, and cross-cultural instruction in the learning environment. By the end of the presentation, participants will be able to (1) discuss the history of public schooling in the United States as a reflection informing current practices, (2) identify areas of improvement across school or district level policies and practices, and (3) create action steps for threading equity into current practices.
