Complete Attendance not available before workshop starts.

Target Audience- Campus Administrators, Early Childhood Teachers and Educators

This 8-hour standalone training equips participants with practical, developmentally appropriate strategies for implementing restorative practices with children ages 3–6. Through interactive discussions, role-play activities, and guided practice, participants will explore three core restorative practices adapted for early childhood settings: Community Building Circles, Respect Agreements, and I-Messages. Comprehensive training materials—including notes, examples, detailed explanations, and facilitator modeling—will support participants in applying these practices effectively. Participants will also view and discuss video examples that demonstrate effective implementation in early childhood learning environments.
