For students with disabilities to attain higher levels of growth and academic achievement, multiple instructional strategies must be utilized in the general education classroom. This session addresses strategies that support learning and independent practice such as small group instruction, math manipulatives, ELA supplemental aids, and differentiated stations. Lesson planning and co-teacher roles/responsibilities for general and special education staff are incorporated.
