Food Service Manager Re-certification
This class is a 1 day class for re-certification purposes.
It will provide food service managers with an overview of food safety that is needed to pass the Certified Food Manager Exam. The course will cover sanitary laws and procedures and the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP). Participants must pass the Certified Food Manager Examination at the end of the training to receive the Food Manager Recertification.
