Unconscious Bias: Recognizing and Responding

We all have biases. We must learn to recognize them and understand how our biases may impact the work we do with students. This professional learning explores biases and will provide ways for participants to better understand their own biases and its impact and influences on others. Participants will be able to recognize their own biases and become more aware of the implicit biases that may occur within the school system. Participants will observe coaching conversations that support others in recognizing and understanding their own biases and how this may impact equitable practices for their students.
