What is an 18+ Program, and how do I individualize it for my students? If you are looking for answers to these and other questions, this workshop is for you. Participants will explore eligibility requirements for 18+ and core components of setting up a quality program that meets the needs of individual students. We will discuss ways to progress monitor IEP transition-related goals as well as specific employability skills.
