MTSS-How's Our System Working? for LEAs 21-22

This workshop is designed to reflect, reinforce, and refine the current processes and procedures for district and/or campus implementation of the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). We will take a deep dive into TEA's statewide initiative developed by the network T.I.E.R. (Tiered Interventions using Evidenced Based Research). The term “MTSS” is a framework that encompasses support for the whole child, including academics, behavior, and mental health, and is a proactive approach for schoolwide implementation of evidence-based instruction and intervention for ALL students. Topics will include universal screening, data analysis, intervention groups, moving through the tiers, progress monitoring, monthly data meetings, and more. The goal is to answer the following question, "How do we create a system to support students and get the work done during the workday?"
This workshop is for Bullard ISD.
