Methods of Administration (MOA) – Overview/Laredo ISD Only
In this session we will provide an overview and foundation of the MOA program. Share updates and recent changes. More importantly, for your district, the ways in which OCR and TEA approach the process of monitoring for achieving compliance with Federal civil right laws and regulations; to insure students enjoy equal access to Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs and activities regardless of race, color, national origin, sex or disability. In this session will review all the MOA Indicators and discuss what documents will be reviewed for compliance. Also, we will do a walk-through of a campus to identify any physical barriers for accessibility by disabled students or adults.
