Zoom, our ESC adopted web meeting/conferencing system, is utilized to connect to our clients on many levels. Basic features which you may utilize during your live meeting will be demonstrated. Included topics:

• Accessing your account
• Scheduling a meeting/Inviting participants
• Basic features/functions of your meeting room
• Managing your Participants during your meeting
• Screen Sharing
• Netiquette for Zoom meetings
• Current uses of Zoom by internal staff

To avoid the charge, Staff Development contacts for this workshop must be notified in writing at least 3 business days prior to workshop date.
