The Transition Process: Measurable Post-Secondary Goals & IEP Annual Goals

Participants will gain an understanding of the components of the transition process. Discussion and activities will focus on the transition process as a foundation for the development of a Vocational Individualized Education Program (IEP) that includes specific goals and activities designed to enable the student to achieve their post-secondary goals.

Workshop Fee will be charged to those who fail to show for a workshop.
To avoid the charge, Staff Development contacts for this workshop must be notified in writing at least 3 business days prior to workshop date.
