Some fear that by adding a makerspace to their library, they will be taking away from literacy programs. However, STEM education and makerspaces can actually add new dimensions of literacy to your library. This session will describe many ways that makerspaces can support literacy in the library. Participants will walk away with ideas to immediately incorporate into their learning spaces.
