An Introduction to Brain Gym

Come learn what Brain Gym is all about. This program of physical movements that enhances learning by stimulating, connecting and balancing the brain includes 26 basic movements and balances for optimal success.The benefits of Brain Gym are many. Teachers will see improvements in letter recognition, reading, taking tests and math as well as short and long term memory.Social behavior, positive feelings, respectful and responsible behaviors will be addressed through the use of the various movements.This session will be conducted by Sylvia Saenz.
