FNP: MENU Module

TDA Food and Nutrition division is proud to offer and support FREE nutritional analysis software for CEs participating in NSLP. MENU (Menu Enhancement and Nutrition) Module is a web-based system for menu planning, meal production, nutrition compliance, and meal cost analysis. This training will provide the participant with an overview of the MENU Module program and take them through each of the seven modules to make sure they understand the structures in place to be able to use the system efficiently. The participant will begin with the first module, Introduction, which will help them become acquainted with the software, then each other module in the following order: Configuration, Ingredients, Recipes, Menu Items, Menus & Menu Cycles, and ending with Production.
