Region One ESC is proud to offer educational documentaries for the community. The third film features Room to Breathe. Film Synopsis: Room to Breathe explores the personal transformations that happen for students, their families, and educators as mindfulness are introduced in a truly challenging public school environment. By providing a raw and realistic look at the experience, it shows how integrating mindfulness, along with patience, skill, collaboration and more, can transform even the most difficult classrooms. a FREE 30-minute low-impact yoga session will start at 6 p.m. led by licensed yoga instructor, Luiz Zepeda of Gold's Gym. There will be a few yoga mats on hand for your use. You may bring your own mat or large towel to participate; loose and comfortable dress (long pants and t-shirt) recommended. Participate at your own risk.
