Best Practices: Maintenance & Operations

Participants will explore points of emphasis for the effective and efficient operation of school maintenance, operations and grounds departments. This course will examine staffing, processes, training, equipment and best practices for custodial services, maintenance, and grounds. Topics discussed will also include preventative maintenance, facility inspection, routine process scheduling, and work order processing.
