Teaching Literacy to Students with Significant Cognitive Delays in Pre-K through 3rd Grade (This will be a Virtual Session)

The purpose of this training is to give teachers of students with significant cognitive delays and other low incidence disabilities the information and tools needed to provide meaningful literacy instruction and experiences. Teachers will review the components of literacy development in the following areas: phonemic awareness, vocabulary development, and comprehension. (This training will be done over 2 virtual sessions)
