Using Resources from the Florida Center for Reading Research to Support Virtual Instruction

If you enjoy the resources from the Florida Center for Reading Research, this session is for you! During this 90-minute virtual session, you will learn about some of the instructional resources that are available from the Florida Center for Reading Research that you may not have been familiar with in the past. You will also learn strategies to use the resources on your computer screen for initial or intervention instruction. Using the proposed format, you can make your Zoom lessons interactive and keep your students engaged.

To participate, you will need to register for this session. On the day of the session, you will receive a participation link VIA EMAIL for this virtual session. Although with most virtual sessions, you can participate from a smaller device such as a cell phone, for this particular session, you are asked to have access to a larger screen such as a tablet or laptop computer.

FULL-Time employees of a Region One area school. General and special education elementary reading teachers, RTI support staff/teachers, interventionists, district-level ELA leadership, paraeducators, parents, substitute teachers.
