Working with Students with Challenging Behaviors

Join us via ZOOM. This training will introduce the seven-phase model for describing acting-out behavior. Each phase will be described to help understand the specific behaviors associated within each phase. The training will include strategies for managing each of the phases in the acting-out cycle. An emphasis is placed on the teaching and proactive/preventive strategies and techniques. This training will share characteristics of ADHD and ODD students and participants will be able to identify proactive and preventative strategies to help support students with ADHD, ODD, and other challenging behaviors. ZOOM link will be sent out to registered participants a day prior to the session. This session is for Region One districts and Charter Schools personnel only.
