Mindfulness in the Classroom: Social Resilience Practices (VIRTUAL)

Participants will learn the benefits of self-care, the benefits of mindfulness with students, best practices for language and participation for sharing practices with others,have the opportunity to practice leading peers through mindfulness practice and assess level of committment for personal and professional use of mindfulness in the classroom. Participants will be able to access supporting resources for 60 days after the training.Training will be conducted by Amanda Muhammad of Dallas, Texas. She is a Certified Mindfulness Trainer,Compassion Fatigue Trainer , Yoga Instructor and holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Leadership, a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and is pursuing her PhD. in Business Psychology. (Please keep in mind that this training is VIRTUAL.)
