Region One ESC offers expert assistance, information updates and high-quality training to support counselors, social workers, and other school staff members designated to ensure the mental health and wellness of the children in Region One ESC. If a session is missed, please request as soon as possible since recordings are only available for a certain period of time, if available and only the virtual sessions. Please check the listings. The session is for elementary counselors. This session will explore and understand angry behavior and how to use mindfulness and growth mindset as tools to move from challenge to change. This session will provide counselors with information on how to create dynamic lessons that are full of mental health wellness activities! Participants will explore various MHW activities and resources that they can use in their own guidance lessons.
