Customer Service for the Front-Line Staff Member (ROMA ISD ONLY)

You play an important role as you are the first person visitors to your campus and/or department meet when they walk in the door.
That’s an awesome responsibility! How you greet your visitors, answer the telephone, respond in an email or written correspondence, or deal with angry customers can make or break the customers impression of your campus and your entire school district! This workshop training will gauge your understanding of customer service in a public school setting and provide techniques to ensure that your level of customer service is top notch!
