Digital Citizenship & Online Safety

Digital Citizenship Week is celebrated every year on the third week of October. In this session participants will be introduced to resources they can use to teach about digital citizenship and support students in developing the skills they need to use devices safely, ethically, and effectively. They will also be introduced to resources that will empower students to think critically and participate responsibly in the digital world through media literacy and social emotional learning skills.

**This workshop focuses on high yield, engaging instructional strategies for diverse learners such as English Learners, Special Education students, and Gifted & Talented students.** **This is a virtual session via Zoom. Please check Special Instructions after you register for the Zoom link.**

K-12 Educators of Diverse Learners (includes General Education, English Learners, Bilingual / ESL, Special Education, and GT). **This workshop is FREE for MEGAbyte districts. When registering, enter "MEGAbyte" as the PO number.
