Region One Education Service Center will be hosting a Texas Education Agency, specifically the Office of Academics, Special Populations Division to discuss the following topics:
• The new accountability system to solicit additional feedback on metrics and distinctions, as well as to get ideas on the reporting tools
• The new Special Populations division to learn more about the needs of districts and what technical assistance and support TEA can offer
• Information on the launch of the Math Innovation Zones, the revised CSR, and feedback on the statewide reading campaign initiative
• New initiatives and work happening in college and career readiness, including CTE

Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents; Directors and Coordinators of respective programs such as federal programs, bilingual, special education, migrant, at-risk, career and technical education, college and career readiness, core content areas, and research and accountability.
