FNP Laredo SW - Food Production Records

This course provides an overview of all the "how to's" to accurately complete food production records in order to support successful management, facilitate communicaiton and document compliance with the new meal pattern requirements. As well as teach participants operating the National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program the basic meal pattern knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to run effective and compliant programs.

Audience: Supervisors, Managers, Food Service Assistants with direct involvement in recognizing reimbursable meals and the completion of food production records
