FNP: MENU Module Introductory Training Phase: Introduction/Module 1 & Configuration/Module 2

MENU (Menu Enhancement and Nutrition) Module is a web based system for menu planning, meal production, nutrition compliance, and meal cost analysis. The introductory phase of MENU training will provide the participant with an overview of menu planning concepts, order of completion of configuring menu planning items, and review and use of menu planning data sources. The menu planning system module must have certain structures in place before the primary tasks of add ingredients, recipes, menus, can be started. These structures are all set up through the functions on the configuration in MENU Module.
Please note: We will be promptly starting the training at 1 pm. A laptop with pre-loaded material and access to MENU will be made available to you from our office. Therefore, please make plans to attend training 30 minutes early to provide sufficient time for all users to launch the system successfully.
