FNP: Kitchen Math (Online Course)

Kitchen Math provides participants with hands-on practice with math operations, fractions and decimals, units of measurement and equivalents, and math for meal patterns. By the end of this class, participants will be able to: Solve math problems involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Convert fractions to decimals and round numbers. Identify units of measurement. Identify and compute measure equivalents. Calculate the serving size and number of servings needed to meet meal pattern requirements. Adjust recipes.
