FNP: Food Production Records

This course provides an overview of all the "how to's" to accurately complete food production records to support successful management, facilitate communication and document compliance with the new meal pattern requirements. As well as teach participants operating the National School Lunch Program and the School Breakfast Program the basic meal pattern knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to run effective and compliant programs.
