Restorative Discipline Practices for Campus Coordinators (3 Day Training)

Restorative Discipline practices is an approach that assists in the improvement of school culture and climate by building school communities and responding to behavior in a more proactive and positive manner.This 3 day session will provide training in the elements of a circle, the role of the coordinator, using a lesson plan template to design a circle, and implementation plans to determine the best fit for the campus/district. Participants will experience and facilitate different types of circles at Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3. Participants must attend all three days.
