FNP: MENU Module - Module 7: Food Production

MENU (Menu Enhancement and Nutrition) Module is a web based system for menu planning, meal production, nutrition compliance, and meal cost analysis. Module 7: Production teaches you how to use MENU Module, and all of the ingredients, recipes, menu items, and menu cycles that you have created, to complete electronic production plans and records and generate related reports.

In order to attend, each participant has to have completed the all of the previous MENU Module trainings. Participants will not have the knowledge for the FPR class if they did not attend.
