In this one-hour session you will learn about the essential elements that bring about sustainable organizational change. With RTI implementation come changes. If one or more of the elements for change is/are missing, the implementation plan is compromised. Learn how to structure RTI team meetings to ensure all the essential elements are present, that the meeting flows with efficiency, and no one leaves confused, anxious, or frustrated.

You will then hear an ACTUAL RTI case from the field with questions and general guidance provided. To be selected to share your case, registration at least 3 days prior to the session is recommended. (All case details will remain confidential during the discussion.) The intended audience is: central office leadership (C&I, Bilingual, 504, GT, Special Ed), principals, assistant principals, and other support staff for RTI, parents, community members.
