This 6 hour workshop will be "hands on" and designed to maximize the development of practical skills through experiential exercises. Highlights will include, the four keys to effective communication, the elements of diplomacy,empathy and active listening skills and saying no without losing friends;and the dirty dozen communication pitfalls of school professionals (and their more productive alternatives).
