Differentiated Instruction: A Special Event

Welcome to a celebration of strategies! Each student has unique learning needs which may be based on their background, readiness, skill level, and interest. Differentiated instruction (DI) is an approach to classroom lessons in which teachers plan learning activities to address each students’ needs so all children can be successful in school. At any given time, every learner needs differentiation. In this workshop, we'll examine ways to differentiate for learners based on interest, content and assessment options. This CAN’T-MISS EVENT helps educators learn how to use DI strategies to help students be independent successful learners, increase student achievement, close academic achievement gaps, and foster student progress.
