Reflective practices are vital for improving as educators, yet many times we spend more time focusing on performing as instructors, and give ourselves little time to reflect on our teaching practices and our students’ learning. In this session, participants will process why committing to intentional reflective practices is so important to the journey of continuous improvement. The session will also provide opportunities to explore various tools to support reflective practices.
