Before leading someone by the hand you must first connect to their hearts. Tone, inflection, timing, volume, pacing—everything you do with your voice communicates something and has the potential to help you connect to or disconnect from others when you speak. Great leaders have the ability to influence others and his/her influence increases exponentially when they have become masters of the fine art of connecting. The Power of Connecting break-out session will provide the framework for effective communication and connecting.
