Responsive Customer Service in Times of Change

The unprecedented challenges brought on by COVID have made the role of front line employees more important than ever before. In this workshop, we will discuss creative techniques to better understand our customers' journeys and identify practical communication strategies to connect with our customers so that they feel validated and heard. Proactively implementing these practices will increase positive interactions, reduce frustration, and effectively meet our customers' needs.
