Reducing Stress through Restorative Yoga - Pecan Campus

Restorative yoga is a restful practice that allows the body and the mind to release tension through breathing exercises, stretches, and poses that relax the muscles. Practicing restorative yoga on a consistent basis reduces stress and muscle pain, promotes better sleep and helps deal with stress, anxiety and depression. Be sure to wear comfortable yoga/workout attire and your yoga mat or a towel to participate in a restorative yoga session. Your body and your mind will thank you!
