High performance organizations are built on a foundation of trust. In this workshop, participants will explore Stephen Covey’s 4
cornerstones of building trust and identify 13 behaviors of high-trust leaders. They will also discover how building trust and
credibility with co-workers leads to quicker decisions, better teamwork, and more positive outcomes. This professional
development workshop will examine the need for trust in today’s workplace, the consequences of low-trust working relationships or environments, and what you can do to earn the trust of others.  By strengthening trust, remarkable results can be achieved!
