Microsoft Office Online and OneDrive are now available through your South Texas College Office 365 account, providing you with online versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.

The new features include:

• 1 TB of cloud storage for Office Online word documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and notebook
• Create documents in Microsoft Office Online and store them in OneDrive
o Share them among peers for collaboration using a link
o Make document modifications in real-time
o Access them anytime anywhere; including the Office programs installed on your local computer
• Microsoft Office Online runs in your web browser; there’s nothing to download or install
