Developing Metacognitive Skills - DMS 2 day training

Comprehension is referred to the ultimate goad of reading. Students must transfer symbols on a printed page into words. They must also attach meaning to those words. Comprehension is the process by which a reader makes sense of or gains understanding of the text. DMS builds foundational skills such as oral language, vocabulary, world knowledge, and working memory.
