TABE 11/12 Assessment Administration Part II

Complete Attendance

This training is an initial training for anyone who administers or scores the paper-based TABE 11/12. The 6-hour training meets the requirements of the TWC AEL Assessment Guide for new teachers and meets the DRC/CTB certification requirements on the best practices of administering, scoring, and interpreting the paper based TABE 11/12. Security issues as well as interpretation of TABE results/diagnostics to develop effective lesson plans will also be addressed. Although this training focuses on the paper-based TABE 11/12, it provides an understanding of the new times and rigor of the TABE 11/12 that would be beneficial to everyone, including those who are administering the test online. Local programs will need to provide their own TABE 11/12 materials.
