In this session, adult education instructors will learn about a career planning process that will motivate students and provide them with the tools to reach their career and educational goals. Participants will have an opportunity to explore a variety of lessons from the ICA into the ABE & ESOL classroom curriculum guide and discuss ideas for incorporating them into their broader curriculum.
