Hanna Basic Training and Calibration Set 2

• TELPAS Policy and Procedures (TELPAS Rater Manuals) • Calibration Session and website • Dates for monitored sessions: Feb. 13 (Initial Set 1), 14 (make-up) & 15 (tentative), 2019 • Basic Online Training already completed before calibration (New Raters) • Review online basic training course practice activities in the additional cluster(s) to check their readiness to apply the PLD rubrics appropriately. • Most raters will need 1-2 hours to complete a calibration set with certified Proctor • If raters are unsuccessful on set 1, will complete set 2 after meeting with Bilingual Dept. (tentative date) • Conduct periodic validity and reliability audits of the TELPAS Calibration to examine the extent to which test administration procedures are followed and the holistic ratings are valid and reliable. • Assessment resources
