• TELPAS Policy and Procedures (Manuals) • Assembly and Verifying Procedures • Training preparation and website • Dates for monitored sessions: Feb 10, 2020• Multiple clusters within grades 2–12. The raters are required to complete training in the cluster in which they have the most ELLs. • Review online basic training course practice activities in the additional cluster(s) to check their readiness to apply the PLD rubrics appropriately. • Conduct periodic validity and reliability audits of the TELPAS holistic assessment process to examine the extent to which test administration procedures are followed and the holistic ratings are valid and reliable. •Assembling/ Verifying and Assessment resources
