Increasing Student Engagement with Screencast-O-Matic and Screencastify!

Screencastify & Screencast-O-Matic is a screencasting and video editing software tool that can be launched directly from a browser. The software has been widely used in the education sector to support video creation for flipped classrooms, bi-directional student assessments, lecture capture, and student video assignments. In collaboration with ISET’s Lorena Martinez, this follow up training will focus on video creation techniques and methods with various free platforms to flip your classrooms and increase student engagement in the social studies – online/distance learning classroom. Technology hours will be provided.
