Digital Citizenship: Literacy, Security, and Privacy ( Eve)

Complete Attendance

In this 3-hour workshop, participants will explore three of the Digital Citizenship tenants for the AEL classroom. Participants will identify the fundamental digital literacy skills adult learners need to be successful in their community, work, and school. The workshop will also address strategies to educate students on cybersecurity pitfalls and ways to secure the integrity of their privacy. Attendees will leave with instructional strategies to engage ELL and ABE learners alike.
