Workshop Registration Details

The training will cover the following:
• Roles & Responsibilities – provides a comparison of examples of tasks that are appropriate for individuals in designated roles to complete within specific educational settings;
• Communication – outlines areas in which administration needs to ensure communication takes place in order to ensure all stakeholders understand the role and purpose of the paraprofessional, and
• Documentation – lists some areas in which LEAs need to ensure they have guidelines in place to document appropriate supervision of paraprofessionals as well as the appropriate implementation of students’ individualized education programs (IEPs).
