Opening the Door to 21st Century Skills

Integrating technology into instruction is a best practice that is used to enhance student engagement and literacy. This session will help adult educators understand how to integrate technology into their own instruction. It will provide educators with a model as well as strategies for incorporating technology into their lessons. By the end of the session, educators will understand how to design lessons that integrate technology into adult education instruction, learn about fun and engaging technology assessment tools, obtain ideas and resources for future technology use, and take one or two technology tools and use in their own HSE, ABE, or ESL classrooms.
There will be one half hour of post work for this session.
