Workshop over digital resources that allow students to engage with texts in new ways and explore topics that interest them. Teachers will learn to create lessons that use digital text resources to have students ask questions, reflect on their reading, and respond to other students comments. Teachers will also learn to help students engage and collaborate both online and in the classroom, which helps them persevere through a complex text and encourages thinking at more advanced levels. Using 2.0 resources, teachers will also be able to differentiate their instruction.
