Workshop Registration Details

Teachers will be given professional development for the use of iPads and on adding supplemental resources to their lessons. These supplemental resources will include Seesaw activities, iOS app integration, and project-based learning examples. The initial professional development will provide 1 teacher per campus the skills to help out at each campus and will allow supplemental resources to be added to Seesaw. These activities will incorporate sheltered instruction support and ELPS standards to ensure that the ipads provided through the Bilingual Department are used to service bilingual students. This first week will also determine the professional development necessary on the second week for the rest of the teachers at the six STEAM Academies: Brite, Castañeda, Egly, Peña, Pullam, and Russell Elementary.

Please bring laptops, ipads, and smartphones fully charged.
