TELPAS K-1 Face-to-Face

ELPAS Online Basic Face-to-Face Training has been schedule for new teachers and teachers that must complete the TELPAS Online Basic training due to grade reassignments for 2020-2021. The Texas English Proficiency Assessment System (TELPAS) fulfills federal requirements for assessing English language learners (ELLs) in kindergarten through grade 12 in four language domains: listening, speaking, reading and writing as required by Texas Education Code §39.0301. Teachers serving ELLs must have the TELPAS Online Basic Face-to-Face Training every three years.
